We have some good news to share with you. Voicemail-to-Email is now included FREE in your Voicemail service. Voicemail-to-Email lets you receive a copy of your voicemail message in up to three email inboxes, allowing you to stay connected and never miss a message.

Simply see instructions below on how to get started today!


1. Getting started

You can access your voicemail online from Just click on the Voicemail-to-Email link at the bottom of the page.

Online Tools
  • Enter your 10-digit telephone number
    (3-digit area code plus your 7-digit phone number)
    and your voicemail password.
  • You will now need to click on options.
    You will be defaulted to the "None" notification option.
  • Click on the Email notification option to receive email notification of a new voicemail message.
    Click on the Voicemail-to-Email option to have your voicemail message delivered to your email inbox as an audio file attachment.
  • Enter up to three email addresses and then click save.

2. Confirm that your are receiving your voicemail
in your email inbox

Please send yourself a voicemail and ensure that it is delivered to your inbox. If not, you may be required to change your email set up, please view instructions here


3. Managing your
voicemail online

From here you can:

  • Review, create, replay and forward voicemail messages
  • Manage personal and group distribution lists
  • Change voicemail options - greetings, PIN number etc.

Forgot your password?

If you do not remember your mailbox password we
recommend resetting it by following these instructions:

  • Access your mailbox a you do today.
    (by dialing *99 from your home phone)*
  • Press 4 to select Personal Options
  • Press 2 to select Administrative Options
  • Then Press 1 to select General Options
  • Press 1 for Passwords, and follow the instructions
    to establish a new password
